The ordinary period for registration ends October, 16 the extra-ordinary period ends November, 26.

IMPORTANT: if you do not register and pay for at least one of the authors since October 16, the paper will be withdrawn from the final program and the conference proceedings.

In order to attend the Reunión de Estudios Regionales it is required:

1. To register and to submit the abstract and paper using the Conference WEB (members’ area)

The management platform allows payment to the congress by two means; bank card and transfer. The management of the inscriptions will be in charge of the Foundation of the Autonomous University of Madrid (FUAM).

In this way, the gateway is accessed to make the payment according to the selected means. In the event that it is necessary to issue an invoice, the platform will request the data of the person or entity in whose name the invoice is to be issued. Once the effective payment of the registration has been registered, each participant will be able to download their invoice from the payment platform itself. (The payment of the cards is faster than that of the bank transfers that takes at least three business days).

In case the University pays you these registration fees later, remember that the invoice can go to your name or that of the University. We recommend that you consult how you have to present it.

2- When payment by bank card is not possible, registration can be made by bank transfer following the instructions that will appear on the payment gateway. It is important when making the transfer, indicate the identifier specified in the instructions.

In this case, you must also send proof of payment to info@aecr.org. To obtain the invoice, the same process is followed as in the payment by bank card.

 

Registration prices

Fee payment is individual, i.e., each and every author of a paper who wants to attend the Conference and get the Conference documentation must pay their fee. On the other hand, each author needs to register and pay just once, no matter how many papers the author participates in or how many papers they present.
